Massapequa, June 5, 2015: Arrest for Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument

On May 28th a subject entered Infinity of Massapequa and ordered two tires using a forged credit card. The dealership notified the Seventh Precinct when the subject returned on June 5th to pick up the tires. As 7th Precinct Officers arrived the subject fled in his vehicle striking a parked car in the dealer lot. The subject continued onto the Southern State travelling westbound. First Precinct Officers assisted and were able to stop the vehicle and place the subject under arrest.

The subject was charged with five counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd Degree, Criminal Mischief 4th Degree, Two counts of Identity Theft 2nd Degree, Unlawful fleeing a Police Officer 3rd Degree, and Leaving the Scene of an Accident.
